Using the breath and yoga postures we can gently reconnect with our bodies and reveal how we are designed to feel good. We will discuss and explore the sacral area and experience how yoga, breathing, and other embodied practices can help us befriend ourselves and rediscover our own resilient power.
The chair yoga class is accessible to all bodies and identities with all levels of experience.
