Queer and Trans Yoga for Self-Care

Come join my friend Noam (they/them) and myself (she/her) for a body and identity inclusive restorative workshop. Give yourself permission to embody your Self in a state of rest. In a world where just showing up as our trans and queer selves can be dangerous, giving ourselves the time and opportunity to breathe and heal is so valuable. We are both queer yoga teachers who will guide you through a restorative yoga asana practice and a discussion on self-care and svadyaya (self-study).
