If you're looking for short-term or periodic advice about your sexual life from a trusted and knowledgeable person without judgment or fear of stigma, sex counseling could be what you need.

While I am already a trained sex educator for both youth and adults, I am currently in training to be a certified Sex Counselor through the Sexual Health Alliance.

I'll be offering a discounted rate for sex counseling until I complete my training and receive my certification.

No matter your age, Sex Education is a lifelong learning process. I am a trained trauma-informed sex and consent educator and I have experience teaching different aspects of sexual health, wellness and pleasure to all ages of adults.

A healing practice originating from Japan, Reiki offers a channeling of Divine Love and energetic healing through either a tactile or energetically hovering laying of the hands on the body. This is a wonderful practice to address a variety of issues such as: relieving acute or chronic pain, reducing inflammation, reducing blood pressure, improving sleep, healing trauma or PTSD, relieving energetic blockages and supporting spiritual transformation.

Long-Distance or "Teddy Bear" Reiki sessions are also available at a discounted rate. An excellent experience for anyone who wants to stay in the comfort of their own home!

Do you feel heavy and bogged down with the physical cleaning needed to make your space feel like yours? Do you also feel like there is energetic residue stuck in your space? Have you had a breakup, a traumatic event, a bout with depression/anxiety/chronic illness flare and feel overwhelmed by the energetic overwhelm of it all?

I'm happy to come over and both physically clean the space as well as provide an energetic cleansing in the form of a Reiki grid, seining, etc., until your space feels like yours again. 

Do you find it harder to complete necessary tasks on your own? Is there cleaning or organizing task you've been daunted by or putting off and can't seem to figure out where to start? ​

As someone with ADHD myself, I completely understand the overwhelm. I'm happy to assist however is best for you to break up your overwhelming plate of tasks into smaller bites that are more manageable. I'm also happy to physically help you when/if applicable!

Like any other process in life, having a compassionate companion present can ease the process. Whether it's just a reproductive organ-related checkup or having an abortion, I will be there to provide advocacy, companionship, comfort, and care throughout the process.
